- Who is JumpIA for?
- Any business that wants to go digital: getting its first website or updating the old one, managing bookings with an app, looking after customers with a chatbot or automating repetitive tasks. I work with all kinds of businesses. Talk to me with no obligation and we’ll see what you need.
- I don’t have a website. Where do I start?
- That’s completely normal. We start with the basics: being found on Google and a website that shows your business at its best. Everything else can be added when you need it.
- Do I need to know about IT?
- No. Everything I build, whether it’s a website, an app or an automation, is designed so you can use it without any technical knowledge. When I hand it over, I show you how to use it step by step and leave you a simple guide. And if you have any questions, just message me.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on what you need. After the free consultation I give you a fixed quote, in writing, with everything it includes.
- Can I try it before paying in full?
- Yes. When you accept the proposal you pay a deposit and, once it’s built, you use it for 2 weeks in your day-to-day with adjustments included. The rest is paid at the end, once you see it works.
- What happens after it’s delivered?
- I’m still here. If something goes wrong or you want to add something, just message me and we’ll sort it.
